SNAP’s PRIVACY CENTER
In 2018, I worked with Snap Inc’s Legal team to rewrite its Privacy Policy (and its entire Privacy Center) from the ground up — with the goal as making it as easy-to-understand and transparent as possible.
Considering the scandals that were happening at competing social media companies, time was of the essence.
This resulted in a user education experience that the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission praised as the only social media Privacy Policy that doesn’t require a “college education to understand.”
